Dr. Emma Mansour is a licensed psychologist and the founder of Life Matters Counseling and Psychological Services in Farmington, Utah. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Mansour specializes in individual therapy, psychological testing, and integrative approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), coaching, Reiki, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, ADHD, and trauma, and build meaningful, values-driven lives. Her practice also includes the following therapists: Emily Szalay, ACMHC - works with teens and young adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, identity, and the overwhelming pressure to hold it all together. She offers a calm, affirming space to untangle emotional intensity, build practical coping tools, and feel more like yourself — without the pressure to be perfect. Cora Reedy, ACMHC - works with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and the quiet weight of always feeling like “too much” or “not enough.” She offers a warm, grounded space to untangle perfectionism, overthinking, and self-doubt — and helps clients build a life that actually feels good to live in. Natasha Plyer, CSW, MSW - who specializes in working with individuals confronting traumatic experiences through Accelerated Resolutions Therapy (ART). She is also Spanish Speaking. Celeste Torman, CSW, MSW - who works with individuals experiencing depression and grief. Hailey VanZweland, LCSW - who specializes in working with all ages from an Internal Family Systems Approach.
